1. Service Usage Terms
By using Solidrix Send, you agree to comply with all applicable email deliverability laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, IT Act 2000). Spamming, sending unsolicited commercial emails, or spoofing unverified domain identities is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
2. Gateway Quotas & Billing
Subscription plans include allocated gateway counters and email throughput. Excess volume or enterprise tier upgrades are billed monthly or annually as selected during checkout via Stripe (USD) or Razorpay (INR).
3. Service Availability
Solidrix Send provides multi-gateway fallback routing designed for maximum uptime. However, delivery guarantee relies on connected third-party providers (AWS SES, Mailgun, Postmark, Resend).
